Refund policy

We grant a voluntary right of return of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Within this period, you can return the products without giving reasons, provided they are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Please note that in this case we require information on your name, order number, invoice number and e-mail address in order to be able to track this. Returns are at your own expense.

For reasons of hygiene, it is not possible to return opened or used products.

After receiving and checking the return, we will refund the purchase amount via the originally selected payment method.
