SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is free of charge in Switzerland. Shipping costs in the EU are charged for shipping one product. We bear the shipping costs for two or more products. For shipments outside the EU, the shipping costs and customs duties are to be borne by the customer. 

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time is usually 3-5 working days. In the event of an increased order volume, there may be a delay with our shipping service provider. We ask for your understanding.

 

RETURNS

We have developed an innovative product of the highest quality. We stand behind the quality of our product and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we will issue a prompt refund to the account of the payment method used to make the payment. For a refund, please note the following:

Returns can only be accepted for items purchased on the www.apas-nad.com website. Items purchased through other retail outlets should be returned to the store where they were purchased. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You will be responsible for the cost of the return, unless it is a fault or defect caused by us. In this case, please inform us in advance by email to apas-nad@apas-nad.com (name, order number, invoice number, email address, reason, picture)

We also recommend that you send your parcel with shipment tracking. This is necessary in order to be able to trace any parcel loss and thus also to be liable for it. We will confirm receipt of the return shipment and initiate the refund.
